Crockpot chicken is great because it is easy, healthy and can go along with anything you have in your kitchen. I like to use it for salads or to mix with brown rice for my lunches. Add a jar of salsa to the recipe and some chili powder, and you have chicken taco salads!
- 3 to 4 frozen skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons of garlic
- Place all ingredients in the crockpot and set your crockpot for the 6 hours or 8 hour setting. I have done the 4 hour setting and it works as well. I just prefer the 6 or 8 hour as the chicken is a lot softer and tears a part easier.
- When the crockpot turns off, stir with a fork and the chicken should fall apart!
Use the pulled chicken on salads, rice, wraps, over veggies. Whatever you would like!
