Being someone that loves to cook and considers herself somewhat of a made-at-home gourmet chef, I found eating healthy was really sad. I love cooking complex dishes with a lot of ingredients… most of which are bad! Through this weight loss journey I have created great recipes that are not only healthy, but really good too! These recipes have lead me to my 50lb weight loss!  If you try the recipes, I would love to hear your feedback!
