Welcome to Kelly’s Fab Fitness! I decided to start this blog to follow my weight loss journey and to document how this journey is and has changed me. I want to talk about the struggles that I face on a daily basis, my relationship with food, and even more, my relationship with myself. I hope this blog can help motivate other people to keep going or maybe even start their own journey.
